I've been going to Matthews for 8 years now.

I've been going to Matthews for 8 years now. Only once was I disappointed in my service experience, and Mike Savage was very willing to meet with me to correct the discrepancy in my bill, to my satisfaction. Today I went back to purchase my second Subaru, as my current Subaru was rear-ended. It was a busy Saturday, bur Dillon and Liam still made sure to fit me in to their schedule, to help me look for a new car. Liam asked appropriate questions about my likes and dislikes in a new car, to determine a "best fit" for me. Another dealership forgot that my car was in for service that day. (It has not been moved, when I returned at 5:00 p.m.) Two other dealers did not rotate my tires when they claimed they did. After 8 years, I still trust Matthews ! I have never felt as comfortable at a dealership as I do at Matthews.

2 years ago, I bought at Impreza 2023 from Kyle Youdas

2 years ago, I bought at Impreza 2023 from Kyle Youdas and decided if I wanted to upgrade in two years I would go back and buy a new one from Kyle again because of the way he took time to explain everything to me. So, I came back and bought a 2024 Forester Wilderness, everyone at Subaru Matthews is friendly and patient very service oriented, Thanks Matthews Subaru Did I tell you am 80,

We took our Subaru outback for an oil change last week.

We took our Subaru outback for an oil change last week. It was a nasty raining day but we had a great time with the Subaru dealer in vestal NY. Chris Mondolfi welcomed us and he was very kind, professional and efficient. The technician also done a great job. This is our first time for the service. Sure we will come back! Thank you so much and hope you all have a wonderful holiday!!

While traveling on business, my right rear tire was

While traveling on business, my right rear tire was punctured and ruined. Although not a regular customer, the folks in service (especially Andrew DuBois) went out of their way to help. Determining the remaining tires were still serviceable, they ordered a replacement and provided me with a loaner to continue my trip. The car was ready on my return and I was able to return home with minimum delay. Highly recommend the service department!

Service department was well organized, polite and very

Service department was well organized, polite and very helpful. Among other things I had several different coupons and the receiving agent (Eric?) took them all so he could figure out the maximum payout to me. Efficient quick job.

I stopped in because of a problem with an engine oil

I stopped in because of a problem with an engine oil light coming on a couple months after extensive work done on the engine seals. The levels were checked and corrected and she explained why the light would come on so soon. I'm Very satisfied.

I'm not fond of car dealers.

I'm not fond of car dealers. I used their online inventory to find what I was interested in and had questions so I went there and got their expert on that car. The people there are friendly and helpful beyond normal. The buying process went well and they did everything they said they would do. ( I consider myself a difficult customer. )
