Shame on me for not reading the contract over and

Shame on me for not reading the contract over and trusting the Financial Manger I get home and look over the paperwork to see that I was charged $200 over what the car was listed as on their website plus $825 and $250 for roadside hazard and key fob replacement that I specifically told him I didn't want and added it anyway then to top it off I was told the $61 lost title fee would be waived after putting a 5k deposit down just to have the end guy who goes over everything with you tell me that id have to pay it love my new vehicle hate feeling taken advantage of worst car buying experience ever

took my brand new Chevy vehicle into there service dept

took my brand new Chevy vehicle into there service dept to get an oil change & tire rotation and came out with a vehicle that was damaged. Of course where they parked the car was on the lot and got hit but it is my responsibility to get this fixed. No offer to fix, was told to get insurance companies to fix. Unacceptable business practice.

THIEVES at every turn! DO NOT GO HERE! WITH EXCELLENT CREDIT- I PAID WAY TOO MUCH FOR MY CAR AND GOT RIPPED OFF WITH SERVICE. APPEARNTLY THERE IS A $15 SURCHARGE TO USE A CREDIT CARD. I USED MY DEBIT CARD AND WAS STILL CHARGED THE $15. THEY WONDER WHY CUSTOMERS HAVE CHIPS ON THIER SHOULDERS SIMPLY WALKING INTO THE PLACE! PRAYING THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!
