All went smoothly over the phone and at the dealership. They were even willing to send someone to my home an hour away to answer my questions after I owned the car for a few weeks. Very good customer service.

I purchased my new Subaru Forester from Van Bortel. My sales person was Josh Nagle. Josh was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, patient, professional and accommodating. He always greeting me with a smile and was eager to assist in any way possible. Josh made my purchase comfortable and easy.

Everyone I met at the dealership was friendly and polite. Sebastian my sales rep was excellent!

The sales department is excellent. Repair work is explained clearly. The time of service work is very fast. I waited for my work to be done, and the waiting area is wonderful. If there were a 10 star rating system Van Bortel would be 10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cody was extremely helpful and patient with me. He answered all of my questions in a timely fashion. Ultimately I decided against purchasing the Crosstrek but I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and Cody in particular

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They failed to put in my appointment information that I took time off of work for!!! So my service information was not saved. THEN, they tried to blame their error on ME because they didn’t want to own their mistake. Please, please do not do business with these horrendous people.
