Mike Podyma made our experience with purchasing Subaru a positive one. He was knowledgable, patient, and kind. He did not pressure us during the process but was tenacious when he had to search for the vehicle in the color we wanted. Mike really went the extra mile for us!

Took car before scheduled time. Great service. Friendly and clean. Did take longer than 1 hour but not much longer. Got new batteries in fobs for automatic start. Just got this installed in November.

Sam was instrumental in assisting me with the debacle Ohio Subaru dealership placed me in. He was able to talk on the phone with the other person who made several attempts to turn it around and attempted to place the blame on me. Provided me with ISA Subaru customer service number. Ty!
