Excellent sales and service personnel. 5th Honda
This is my 5th Honda Accord purchased / leased from Garber Honda. Each vehicle contained new driver features from the ride to driver safety. The sales and service personnel are respectful and helpful. I have all my service performed by this dealership and have never experienced any difficulties and leave knowing my vehicle was thoroughly reviewed by the service mechanic. There is a check list of the review that would identify any problems that may arise in the near future after I departed.

Very professional! Great Customer Service!
10/15/2018 This is first time I went to Garber Honda. Before we decided going to this dealer store, another dealer told my husband we should change brake oil, and many other issues of our car. We have a 2017 Oddssey , new car. When I talked to Ryan, he is very nice and he also very proud of his team members. Ryan is definitely Reliable and Royal to client. Very nice!!!The technicians did check our car less than 30mins and told me just because of the tire need some air, and Zero fee!!! We are very appreciate their professional help and now I could take my parents with my baby to anywhere with no worries!! Next time definitely will keep Garber Honda!! And also highly recommend Ryan and his whole team!! Nice person Great job!!!

I have recently had to have service on both of my Honda's and went to Garber Honda in Rochester NY. On both occasions I dealt with Deb Ferra and couldn't be happier with the service I received. Deb is courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will continue to return to Garber and Deb wheen ever I need my Honda's serviced! Pre-Owned Sales: I have recently purchased a Pre-Owned car and had the pleasure of working with Gina Lanzatella. I found her to be courteous, competent, knowledgeable easy to deal with. There were no high pressure games just straight forward conversation that lead to a very good conclusion. Based on Gina's professionalism I happy to recommend her to friends and family. I would Definitely want to deal with Gina in the future!

Incredible Staff and facility
I can not say enough good things about my experience at Garber Honda. From beginning to end I was treated with nothing but kindness and respect. I looked around at both other brands and dealerships before coming to Garber, but once I walked into Garber I knew that this is where I would be doing business. Staff was incredibly knowledgeable and never put any pressure on me or tried to rush my decision. The process of purchasing my car was pain-free and enjoyable and I absolutely love my new CR-V.
