Enjoyable.....@ FIRST!
First I have to say the staff at the honda center are excellent, as well as those in the Service Center. But my experience with the car I have purchased and the manager of the preowned sales department have been less than what I intended. I have had problems with the vehicle since purchase and at first with in the 30 days they were eager to help and resolve the issue. Moving forward not so much.....FEELING LIKE IVE MADE A GUGE MISTAKE BY GOING PRE OWNED!!

A small percentage of any pre-owned vehicle, or new for that matter, can have mechanical issues. All of our vehicles are covered by New York State Law for safety and mechanical items listed, and during that period we cover and resolve anything required. Additionally we have extended warranty programs that we offer on every vehicle. Unfortunately, as with any automobile, things can happen. Our door is always open and we are considerate even after the expiration of warranties of issues. I invite any customer to speak directly with our Pre-Owned Manager, Matthew, and we are more than willing to help should there be an oversight of any kind, and the vast majority of times we do. Therefore, please call directly and explain the concern and we will address it appropriately especially if there is a concern that you feel should have been addressed differently. We will help with any reasonable issue in every situation to the fullest extent that we can. I apologize if there has been a miscommunication. The vast amount of folks who purchase are in fact extremely pleased and we are always open to help, we have an exceptional Service Department and sometimes even when past warranty we will participate should any customer wish to address any concern. 2009 Honda Accord EX
My family needed to replace a vehicle in a hurry. We looked at 5 Accords in one day. After reviewing all the different Accords we test drove we decided to purchase the Accord at Garber. We first met Xavier Cox and Matthew Moreno in the used car department who were both very professional and courteous. We requested some items that needed to be fixed on the car and these 2 gentlemen were very accommodating in terms of keeping us informed of scheduling the work that needed to be done. All the people we interacted with from Janet Stasko in the body shop to the people in the service department treated us very well. We will definitely keep Garber at the top of our list for our next car purchase.

World class customer service from start to finish...
This is my second Honda purchase - the first was in 2009 when the dealership was under a different owner and yesterday I purchased a 2014 EX-L V6. I cannot say enough about the world class level of customer service received from Annie, Elizabeth, Matt, and Rick. I feel valued as a repeat customer, and both the sales and finance process couldn't have been easier. There are several Honda dealerships to choose from locally, but by my measure Garber is simply the best. While the product may be quality, it is the people that make the difference. My thanks to the team for your dedication to customer service.

Just a few callouts...
We were unpleasantly surprised to find out our trade in had been totaled before we originally purchased it. The guys were great and gave us what little they could for the vehicle and gave us some reasonably priced options. I wanted to call out Garth, the finance manager on being such a straight shooter. So many times in a dealership you get up-sell offers and almost harassed to make decisions that may not benefit you. He only offered us things we would actually need and if we could have afforded it, we would have purchased it. He also made sure all the stipulations of the deal were in writing to protect what was promised to us. It was refreshing to experience that. We would look at buying another car from Garber.

My experience with Garber and Mr. Xavier Cox
I was very pleased with my customer service experience with Mr. Xavier Cox. I was previously in contact with Mr. Cox before my first visit to the office. The day I decided to drop in Mr. Cox was gone for the day, however another employee contacted him and Mr. Cox came back to the office to assist me. I was very thankful for him returning to work. It made me feel as though he was there to help me no matter what it may require. He listened attentively as I described what I was looking for in a vehicle. Mr. Cox was also very sensitive to my credit situation as I explained to him why I was looking for a car in a certain price range. Mr. Cox took the time to look through the vehicles that were available and identified the ones that I may like and would be able to get financing. He showed me each vehicle and was very patient as I desired to test drive each one that I liked. I am also thankful that Mr. Cox worked closely with the financial consultant to get a better idea of what vehicles may be best for me due to my credit situation. I felt as though he took an extra step to help me rather than giving up the first time I was not approved. Over the course of the week Mr. Cox continued to keep in touch with me regarding other vehicles I may like. Overall I am grateful for the time and effort Mr. Cox put toward helping me find a vehicle. I felt as though he understood my needs, and how important it was for me to get a vehicle as soon as possible. I have already recommended Garber to several of my friends. I specifically shared the experience I had with Mr. Cox. He does not treat his customers as though they are just another customer, he takes the time to understand their needs, wants, and anything else that may impact their car buying process. Thank you Mr. Cox for such a great experience!!!

Great, hassle free experience. We worked with Frank Wagner Jr. he got us the price we wanted on the car we were looking for. Friendly, straight forward, no nonsence sales approach. Excellent Customer Service!!!
I came in very dissatisfied with a car from another dealership but Brian did everything to help me get out of the lease and into a Honda car. He was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. It really helped that he explained everything in the process and he made sure i walked out of that dealership with no surprises. Wonderful Experience!
Geoff was a pleasure to work with. He never made me feel rushed, and he took time to explain everything to me (where the different costs for the car came from, what financial options I had and how they would work, etc.). I must admit I believe I could have gotten a slightly lower price for the car, but I am very satisfied with the vehicle. Once I agreed on a price for the car, he even offered to drive me to the dealership to pick it up to drive it home! Geoff went above and beyond to find the car I wanted and to offer it at a reasonable price. Thanks Geoff!
