Woodfield Lexus

Hands down...Best dealership! Just got my new car from Woodfield Lexus! Customer Service was excellent as always, and employees are extremely helpful, knowlegeable, & friendly! Will forever be a loyal customer!

Mike Evans did a great job of finding a problem and taking care of it. I actually had 2 problems. One was a severe leak when it rained and the other was a faulty air conditioner. I expected to replace the AC compressor but it turned out to be the clutch. The seal for the moon roof was replaced and adjusted. Also a sealant was used on the windshield.

As always, Randy Josefik was extremely helpful with a question I had while I waited for the service to be completed. His genuine concern and knowledge was instrumental in our purchase of this Lexus - and is the reason we'll return when we need another vehicle.

I purchased a used Lexus but it was just like purchasing a brand new car in service and warranty. Price was reasonable and service was beyond my expectation.

This was our first time buying a Lexus and Jon did a great job helping us decide which one was best for us and explaining all the options and features. He didn't make us feel pressured at all and made the car buying experience much easier.

The entire staff is always friendly and courteous. The waiting area is always clean and comfortable as well as the showroom. Complimentary coffee and pastries are always great.

My purchase at Woodfield Lexus was handled smoothly and professionally by Sales consultant Dan Rosen. Technical consultant Derek (sorry Derek, I misplaced your card with last name) was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Management made a point to come around and introduce themselves. I would highly recommend this dealer.

My husband and I ordered our first luxury vehicle back in December for an April delivery. We just picked it up yesterday, and I have to say the whole process, from ordering the car the way we wanted to getting great service and financing was amazing… not to mention the gorgeous SUV we drove home with ?. It is more than we expected!!! We had such a personalized experience from the get go from Mark Demma our sales person, to Dave who gave us tutorial on how to work all the nice new features our new car has, to Jeff, who helped us get to where we wanted to be payment wise. Purchased car over phone. Flew in Phoenix to OHare and picked up. I had requested all paperwork be done ahead of time so I could start three day drive back (my choice). I was on the road in less than two hours Only reason not five is I expected a full tank of gas when you purchase a LX 570?!

Found a scratch on car we bought after we brought it home. We called and Woodfield Lexis fixed it. Very happy with the commitment shown.
