I recently leased a Honda Prologue from Ide. Sales consultant Jenn Flammia was super helpful and patient with my many questions (this is my first EV). Everyone on the sales team was great to work with and made this a smooth and easy experience.

***ATTENTION BUYERS*** I’m extremely disappointed with

***ATTENTION BUYERS*** I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I was verbally promised a 6.59% interest rate, only to later discover the paperwork had me locked in at 6.99%. When I returned to point out the issue, management refused to correct it or make it right. That small “oversight” didn't seem like much to him, but over the life of a loan it adds up to hundreds of dollars out of my pocket.This shows a serious lack of transparency and integrity. If a dealership can’t honor the numbers they promise, how can you trust them with anything else? Be very cautious here—always triple-check the fine print, because a handshake and a salesmans word clearly don’t mean much at this place.

I recently leased my 5th Honda (3rd CRV) from Ide Honda. Since I’ve dealt with Ide for over 12 years I knew I would receive the exceptional high level service I had come to expect. And, I was not disappointed. My sales consultant, Jennifer Flammia, was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I would highly recommend her and Ide to anyone looking to buy a Honda.

I never really look forward to going to a car dealership

I never really look forward to going to a car dealership for various reasons but this time was much different. Jennifer was an absolute pleasure to deal with and a breathe of fresh air. She didn’t give me the Normal run around that I typically would get. Jennifer gave me the best possible deal that no other dealership could even get close to. On top of that her personality is phenomenal! If you’re looking for no xx experience when shopping for a new vehicle get ahold of her and you will see what I’m talking about.

Jennifer was an absolute treat to work with! The buying process was extremely smooth and simple. Her communication skills made the process completely stress-free. She clearly walked me through the process, gave different financing options, and even gave me the figures for leasing vs buying to see what would work out best for my budget. A very low-pressure buying experience. I will definitely be back!
