We went in with an idea of what we wanted, and Jennifer helped move us to getting something that fit that idea. She only assisted at each step with trying to get us into a vehicle that fit what we needed for our lifestyle and with the budget we had in mind. Anytime we said no or not interested it wasn't brought up again and stayed dropped as we looked into different options. It made this whole process easy and why we went from window shopping to actually making a purchase. Would absolutely recommend IDE and Jennifer to anyone in the future.

I am a long time customer, however there was a major misfire with several people and it's taken 3 weeks or so to handle a question that required perhaps a wp second answer to resolve.
