I tried to renew my warranty in July on my 2018 Ecosport.
I tried to renew my warranty in July on my 2018 Ecosport. The finance guy was out. Thd service manager, Al Cusano told me to call the 800 number. Ford said the warranty has to be sold by a dealership. No one has followed up with me. My recall has not been fixed either.

I was just visiting VA for a few days and needed service
I was just visiting VA for a few days and needed service before I got back on the road. I scheduled and appointment and was able to take it the following day. The customer service was amazing, Tristan was great with helping me with my vehicle and explaining what needed to be done. I now have a VA Ford I can come to when I’m in town and need service.

Called to set up an appointment, showed up on the
Called to set up an appointment, showed up on the appointment date then was told they would not be able to look at that day but ended up being 3 days before they even looked at it at the service department. Then a week later I called to check in on the truck and they told me to come get my truck. They said I brought it in on fumes cleared the check engine light and told me I was good. Problem still persist and check engine light is back on not even a day later. Very poor customer service and too busy to even take care of customers they have.
