I scheduled an appointment at this Ford dealership after

I scheduled an appointment at this Ford dealership after calling ahead to confirm that they work on EVs. I was given an 8 a.m. appointment and despite having questions, was hung up on by rep. Al Cusano. The morning of my appointment, the service rep. Kieran OGrady was dismissive and rude, rushing my wife and I instead of taking the time to listen. Knowing EVs can have longer wait times due to availability, my wife and I asked about a loaner/rental. Keira reassured us that they had three EV techs and promised the car would be seen the same day, along with a promise to call us when ready since shuttle service was only available until 430 p.m. Kieran never called, so we called over 20 times before finally getting through, only to be told the exact opposite—that they only had one EV technician, that nothing had been done to the car, and that the recall part might take 3–6 months. She then transferred me to the manager, Walter, which turned into more phone tag until the service line simply stopped picking up. Another employee (Roger) even forgot to mute the phone and I overheard them asking if service was still open, which confirmed they were just avoiding the call. The next morning, after calling 20+ times starting right at 8 a.m., Kieran finally answered only to tell me there was nothing they could do, that the tech couldn’t see the car for two weeks, and that I couldn’t get a loaner or rental until a diagnostic. I reminded her the car is under extended warranty and unsafe to drive, but she still refused any help. When I asked her to put in writing that I should drive an unsafe car, she refused. Instead, she told me to “just take it to the Ford you bought it from.” Even Ford corporate couldn’t reach this dealership, which says a lot. What frustrates me most is not only being lied to and rushed out the door, but the total lack of communication. If I had been told the truth up front, that they couldn’t work on my car I would have arranged a tow to another dealership myself instead of being left without a car for five days. This dealership does not value honesty, customer safety, or communication. If you have an EV, or frankly any car, go elsewhere.

Well Al is great the service writer but the last 4 oil

Well Al is great the service writer but the last 4 oil changes were all price different and I never get a tire rotation and it was still $81 bucks , Motorcraft oil and a oil filter at Walmart is I think is a little over 30 bucks or so and the time before last someone tried to open my console gun safe because I keep the combination set all four numbers on a certain number, and every number was changed but because of the price I think I’ll find 30 minutes to do it my self from now on ….. I have owned 28 new Fords in the last 34 years and never ever had to pay for an oil change at the other dealers they were always free .

Dropped my F250 off for a state inspection on a Thursday

Dropped my F250 off for a state inspection on a Thursday and to diagnose a considerable electrical draw on both batteries. Inspection identified a faulty steering arm that needed replacing but parts would not be in until Monday to install. Work was approved to be performed. Steering arm replaced and inspection approved. Informed me they were still investigating the electrical draw. Called the service tech weekly to get status but came back with the same message, still investigating. Never got a call from the service tech, I always had to call for a status update. After three weeks approaching four weeks, I had had enough. I knew they could not be working on it this long and likely got pushed to the back burner, so to speak. I called after the third week on a Monday and left a message that I needed to pick the truck up by Wednesday, one day short of 4 weeks in their possession. Called again on Tuesday and left the same message, still no response. Called again on Wednesday and finally got ahold of the technician and asked why he had not returned my calls. His response was that he had not reviewed any of his messages this week. I find that unacceptable. He informed me that they still did not find the electrical problem but he would have the truck ready for my pickup that evening or the next day. I showed up on Thursday morning, paid the $900+ bill for the services performed and went out to the far corner of the parking lot where I found my truck. When I attempted to start the truck, both batteries were completely and totally dead. I was very upset to realize that I was lied to repeatedly and can only assume my truck sat in that parking lot for weeks without anyone doing anything. I will move my future service to a different and more reliable dealership. For Bowditch Ford’s sake, I can only hope this level of incompetency is isolated to the service tech. Very dissatisfied customer.
