I've been going to Casey for over two (2) years since

I've been going to Casey for over two (2) years since moving to the area; their maintenance area is orderly, clean and well kept, there is no confusion here. My maintenance manager, Tristan is the nicest man I can talk his ear off all day, he doesn't rush me or push me aside for the next customer. He listen patiently to my question and/or concerns about my vehicle. The service he provide on his own is very impressive which says a lot about this Dealership which is also very impressive. I trust Casey to provide the care & maintenance i need to keep my vehicle safe & performing wonderfully.

I have been taking my car here for over a year and the

I have been taking my car here for over a year and the customer service has been great up until today. Service rep Tristen and some other lady was a complete disappointment and unprofessional and need more training. I dropped my car off at 8am for a fuel injection treatment. Needless to say 7 hours later, there no contact from the dealership reps. I call twice and the female rep was rude and kept me on hold each time for 20 minutes prompting that she would patch me through to the mechanic working my vehicle. The 3rd time I call and ask to speak to a manger & that's when he was able to communicate to me concerning my vehicle and when it would be ready for pickup. This department needs beter managing.

My experience with Casey is awesome. The Customer Service is excellent and Ken the Courtesy Van driver is just a good person. Right on time. I have bought 7 cars from there and maybe soon 8. Good company
