Where do I start? Ladonna delivered in what she promised!!! I’ve been searching and I FINALLY got the car I wanted thank you to Ladonna!!! It has been a looooong year search for a Lexus ES 350... Ladonna got me both of my favorite colors (Black and red) all into one car!!! She was patient, honest, nice and in point!!! I will definitely come back to her!!!! Thank you again!!!

I went to the used lot first and had a less than stellar experience (this is why there is a 3 star rating for the dealership as a whole), but when I went to the new car lot Jamie Reeves helped me and she made the car-buying experience significantly more pleasant (her service is definitely 5 starts). She was quick in her responses and to the point. She didn't waste my time with grand-standing or condescending remarks that the majority of salesmen often employ to make it seem like they're giving you a great deal. I ended up getting a car elsewhere, but Jamie had offered me a great car at a great price and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a car.
