    Do not ever use this place for service! I brought my mother's Fit in for the airbag recall, and thought i should go ahead and get it inspected, since it... was due. Dropped the car off in the morning and caught their shuttle to work. they called a little after lunch and tried to tell me that the brake pads were 'stuck' in their brackets - and they would have to remove, clean and lube them, and reinstall. this would be $90. I said 'are the pads still serviceable to pass inspection?', they said 'yes' -- so i said go inspect it then. The person calling said they couldn't do the inspection without doing this; so I said 'well put it back together and i'll take it to a real garage', to which they curtly cut the call off, and then called two hours later to say the car was done. In PA, the safety inspection includes visually inspecting the brake lining and rotor or drum to ensure it has enough lining, and parts are not too worn -- and if the brakes were stuck in their brackets, they frankly would not work (if you know anything about brakes) Best part, they refused to inspect the car (and i refused to pay); and they messed around with every control in the car, changing the radio stations and climate control settings and steering wheel -- as if they were a bunch or pre-schoolers! I would advise anyone to stay far away from this place.

    Not sure what is going on here? My wife and I stopped in looking at Odyssey’s . We were working with the sales manager and another salesman, both of whom... were very friendly and courteous they even stayed after hours to help us. After talking with them we had our decision down to two vans, but one of them did not have an option we were looking for ,they were nice enough to tell us that we could get that option aftermarket. They got us all the info and even took it to the place for an estimate on getting it installed. Which we were very thankful for, when that information came back we were able to have a better idea of the price difference between the two vans so that we could make a decision. After my wife and I talked about it we had a few more questions,so we tried to call them and message them, But none of them were returned? Both of us tried for several days,but we heard nothing? We wanted to keep moving on purchasing a van but it’s kind of hard when they won’t get back to you ? I really don’t know why this was? After not hearing back from them for a week, we then went to bairel Honda in Wexford and Bought a van. Bairel should send them a thank you. Had they just returned our messages and calls They might have been the ones selling a van. It’s unfortunate for them ,we were looking to buy ,and after a certain point they didn’t seem like they wanted to sell?

    Quick, convenient, no nonsense. Good buy, great financing, quick service. Highly recommend working with this dealer on a CPO's.

    I wish I could give them zero stars. My Honda has less than 11k miles on it and the tires are shot. I called Honda and they said I had to call Firestone... so I did. Firestone gave me a new set of tires for 50 percent off but they also did an alignment check. The front alignment was OK but the back was off and there is no adjustment for the back so Firestone recommended I go back to Honda. So I went to this Honda service department and showed them the printout from Firestone. I was informed that they would have to double check the alignment before they could do anything and had me make another appointment to bring the car in. When I took the car back to Honda service I was THEN informed that I would have to PAY for the alignment check. They refused to contact Honda about the problem. I was never informed there would be any charge when I made the appointment. The so-called Service Manager was rude and uncaring. He told me he could not do anything until I paid for an alignment. When I asked what he would do if it proved that the first alignment was correct, he didn't have an answer. He also told me that I may have hit a pothole that did not affect the adjustable front alignment, but only affected the non-adjustable rear alignment. Also the alleged pothole did not hurt the tire or rim. Sound like BS? P.S. This brand new car also had the battery go dead 3 times for no obvious reason (had to call road service). You have been warned.. Don't buy a Honda and especially stay away from this Dealer for your service.

    I was looking for a Fit for a commuter car. I reached out to a few dealers online and Scott was quick to respond and able to offer me a great deal right... around the corner from home. I stopped in same day and they have me a more than fair trade offer and we put it all together. I did not know anyone at the store, but I will certainly be back. Scott and Dave were great.

    I am a repeat customer of the Moon Twp Honda dealership and have referred my daughter to them as well. The entire staff from receptionist, sales to service... department are wonderful and would recommend anyone to visit them.

    Scott was very kind and helpful during the buying process. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle and took time to explain things. He worked with us... to see that the vehicle was ours while we're negotiating the deal. I would recommend Scott to others interested in buying a Honda product. Ken and Janet Woessner .
