Highly Recommend Dean Honda

I would highly recommend Dean Honda for purchasing a car and getting your car serviced there. We recently bought a used Honda at Dean Honda and everyone was very helpful. I just took the car in for an oil change and had a coupon and they were very accommodating. I had an appt. they took my car right away, they had a very nice and clean waiting area for their customers. Vending machines for pop and snacks while you wait, TV and wireless internet. I was very happy and the price was the price of the coupon, no extra charges, for oil disposal, etc. They also gave me a code to get a free car wash, a nice perk.

Good service but labor costs excessive.

Good service but labor charges are excessive. $302.00 labor charges out $477.00--equates to $100.00/hr.--This is excessive!!!

Great service

I have 3 Hondas. Bought one from Dean Honda. But I service all of them at Dean Honda. I trust them to do the work correctly, but not do something that I really don't need. They don't push for something I don't want. They make recommendations, but if I say no, they are not pushy. I like that. They are also a very friendly staff.

Great Experience

After 15 years we needed a new vehicle. Everyone, including our "car guy" recommended a Honda. New location is really nice and our salesman Gil was excellent. Every step of the way was a good experience. 4 hours after we left home, we were back home with our new CRV. Thanks HONDA!

Mike was very polite and informative. Excellent!

I was very satisified with the car service. Mike was very polite and informative. Excellent! The nice feature about the new location is the inside area to fill out the envelope to drop off the car the night before. The inside facitily is GREAT!

Great people and a great new location

My wife has been taking her Honda there for years and loves them. My car, Cadillac CTS, needed yearly inspections and my normal guy just couldn't fit me in on my schedule. I gave Dean a call and they fit me right in! They were very friendly and did the job quickly. I dropped the car off and they gave me a ride back home-even found someone to do it quickly because the normal guy was tied up. Too bad they can't change my oil! They had just opened the new location three days earlier and I was very impressed. The customer lounge was very nice with power stations and little tables for your electronics.

Bought Used Odyssey

John I. was very nice. I didn't feel pressured at all. After having my van for a few weeks I brought it back with a short list of items I wanted checked under my 3 month warranty and they checked everything out, replaced what needed to be and I was on my way. I would defiantly do business with them again.

HAD TSF package applied to car this week.

I brought my new Honda Civic in yesterday for the rustproof/scotch guarding. The car was back when they said it would be and even gave me a free rental for the day. My car was returned to me clean as a pin. I am very satisfied. I am looking forward to coming to the car clinic this Sat. Not all Honda dealers have these car clinics to inform you about the new technology in your car. This is one reason I decided to deal with Dean Honda.

Frustrated!!

I Purchased a very nice 2004 loaded EX Honda Oddessy in November 2012 when purchasing the vehicle it seemed like a really good deal the process was fast and completed in no time they took the vehicle to the service center clean it and everything was good. around January I started noticing static in the DVD player, and the security alarm keep going off on its own when taking it to get the alarm checked I was informed by one of the mechanics that the hold drivers side had an electrical problem when contacting the service center I was given the run around eventually the radio caught fire I replaced that once again I contact the service center mention the problems and they never returned my call or addressed the issues.
