I have been purchasing vehicles from them since the late 90's (my first new car a Nissan Altima) Over the years I have purchased a BMW 650i convertible,... 3 Range Rovers and just recently traded my Maserati in on a used Bentley GT Speed. I have never had a problem with the dealership and if I did they fixed it right away. The owners are good people and I have done business with them outside the dealership also and everything has always gone smooth. Good People !!
Brandon Repovz, simply put, came off like a total sleazeball. I would suggest steering clear of this dealership, they don't deserve your money or your... time. Thankfully I did NOT purchase a thing will never have to interact with Brandon again.

We purchased new 2018 car and within 12k miles, functional defects with radiator gasket ( that stalled my vehicle middle of the road) and power terrain... oxygen sensor defect ( warning flashing engine light while driving). NHTSA website shows oil leak recall in these vehicles and the customer to be notified by 28th March. I did not receive this . Lubricant/ oil leak could be a cause for oxygen sensor failing. Dealer does not want to take responsibility for the safety of the customer instead referred me to Rover . Shameful and sad
We purchased a 2008 BMW 528XI in June 2018 from this dealership. When test driven, everything was perfect . Processed the paperwork and went to take possession... of the vehicle and check engine light was on. We requested the vehicle be scanned for codes so we could address the issue and/or see what was wrong with the vehicle. They told us it was the battery sensor and can be replaced later with no problems. 4 months later, we take our vehicle to Another dealership (who has been amazing in this process) for service and to fix the battery sensors . They inform us the check engine light is on due to the TRANSMISSION!!!! The paperwork A&L provided did not have any codes on the form. We suspect that A&L cleared the codes then provided the paperwork to us. I am now without a vehicle, $2,000 into a transmission repair that was the first step in the diagnostic, and paying for the vehicle. A&L just wanted to unload the vehicle. I needed this vehicle since I drive 78miles one way to the mountains. What if this vehicle left me stranded in the mountain with a failed transmission? We are not able to get a call back from them either. Jeff, the sales rep, is off today and we are still awaiting the managers return call! Will NEVER purchase any vehicle from them again. Also filing with the Attorney Generals office against this dealership. Would never recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from them. They just want there commission, in fact, they were not the happiest that we paid cash for the vehicle.

I have 3 cars and normally use a trusted mechanic for most of my service. A lot of basic service I also do myself. For my latest certified pre-owned... 535 however, I thought I would let a dealer take care of and used A&L twice for inspection, emission, and oil, since it is close to my home. Last year, they would not pass the inspection because there was a nail in my left rear run flat tire, and wanted to sell me one tire. I told them to plug it and pass it (as I was already planning a new set of tires all around), but I was told they won't do that on a run flat. I told them to fail it then. I took it home, plugged it, and my normal mechanic passed it. Had to pay two inspections, but I forgave this as there is some conflict out there on plugging run flats. This year, I tried again for inspection emission and oil. They called and said I needed new rotors and rear brakes to pass at $750. I questioned the rotors as I didn't believe them. So I told them to fail it. I took it to my normal mechanic and not only are the rotors showing almost no wear, the pads still were quite legal and passable. I paid for a sticker again. That's strike two and done. Never will trust them again with my car. They need some screening process to know if the client might be savvy enough to catch their game or not, and if so, they should not try to steal from that client as he might write a review like this. I didn't buy a car from them, so that process might be just fine. But the service game is bad. I recommend hunting out a trusted independent mechanic and over pay him more than he asks for his work, so he jumps for you. Oh, I called their service girl a month early and had to leave messages for her to call me back. After a week, called again and left another message. No call back. After a couple days, I called and got her! BUT she asked when my stickers where up, and then proceeded to put me right at the last day of the month. Not sure if that is not part of the game too, so that you're more inclined to say yes to whatever they want to sell you. The service consultant was a nice guy however, and I almost could tell he was uncomfortable having to try and upsell me when it wasn't necessary.

I worked with Lauren and Nancy in service. Collected my vehicle, two hours later "reverse light malfunction lamp" displaying and same noise in the moonroof.

This past weekend, my wife and I took our search for a new car to the A&L Motors BMW dealership in Monroeville, PA. It was perhaps the best move that we... could have made. Despite the fact that we were in the market for a Certified, Pre-Owned vehicle, we were treated by the entire A&L staff, in both the BMW and Jaguar/Land Rover facilities, with the utmost of professionalism, courtesy, respect and warmth. Special call-outs are extended to two exceptional individuals: Robert (Bob) Zimmerman, Jaguar/Land Rover Sales Guide, and Nick Bolkovac, Product Specialist/Genius and Technical Guru. During the two days that my wife and I spent at the dealership considering several options, models and profiles, Bob went out of his way to accommodate our requirements, including pulling several cars from inventory for us to examine and test drive. Low keyed and without ANY pressure whatsoever, Bob appeared motivated by, and far more interested in meeting our particular needs than he was in selling an automobile, a RARE quality in any sales-commissioned position today, but especially in the automotive business. Never once did Bob exhibit impatience (although he would have been warranted to so do) but rather exuded an "I'm here to serve you" attitude despite our (changing) objectives. It was precisely this customer-committed perspective, his desire to find the right vehicle for us, and his willingness to negotiate rationally and professionally with our targeted price that ultimately led to our purchasing a BMW 535i. Both my wife and I are thrilled with the car and deeply appreciative of Bob's indulgence and service. There are not enough words for us to express of appreciation of the other previously-mentioned A&L Motors' Product Specialist Nick Bolkovac. Nick is one of a new breed of Technical Experts, necessitated by the rich and complex technologies that are incorporated into the BMW product line. As with Bob, Nick approached us with warmth and personal charm that are rare to find in the automobile business today ... and are reflective of the superiority of the personnel throughout the A&L organization. For each of the various models that my wife and I were seriously considering, Nick patiently described and explained in depth the function and functioning of the multiple technical components that were incorporated into the infrastructures of the models we were evaluating. As with Bob Zimmerman, Nick Bolkovac was absolutely and fully dedicated to providing us with the level of knowledge that we sought ... delivering clearly, succinctly and extremely comprehensible descriptions of, and instructions for the use of, the features that each model represented. AS these features were discussed, Nick move forward to the next only after assuring himself, by having us execute each of the functions, that we truly understood how to use the particular option being covered. Nick is a great teacher who exhibits a superb balance of technical excellence and superior interpersonal skills. He is warm, human and humane! In that both my wife and I have recurring back issues, for us there was a special need, that of individually adjustable and formidable lumbar support mechanisms on both the driver and passenger side seats. This proved to be a significant challenge for my wife, who is both small and light of frame, and had great difficulty adjusting the driver side seat for visibility and comfort. From both sales and technical support sides of the A&L dealership, but especially with Nick’s unwavering dedication, perseverance and “I will get this resolved” attitude, she received incredible support, personal involvement, and a most caring attitude that refused to give up until a solution was, in fact, achieved. Based on my wife's and my experience, if one is in the market for a new or previously owned BMW (or Jaguar or Land Rover), there is no better place to make that acquisition than at A&L Motors in Monroeville, PA.
