Car was in for the same issue three times. I can understand maybe two visits but three was a big time/money suck. At third visit dealer comped parts, which was appreciated, but I still had to pay $500 more on labor, after a similar labor charge on visit #2 that didn’t result in a fix.

Excellent complete service. Layne and Spitzer provided a no cost Good Will credit ( I am 200 miles over the 50,000 miles on my original new car warranty) to cover the cost of a new speaker AMP that was defective.. Thank you!
