Car was in for the same issue three times.

Car was in for the same issue three times. I can understand maybe two visits but three was a big time/money suck. At third visit dealer comped parts, which was appreciated, but I still had to pay $500 more on labor, after a similar labor charge on visit #2 that didn’t result in a fix.

Chris is the embodiment of a wonderful salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and polite. He did not pressure me into any buy decision, did not hound me like salespeople from other dealerships, and gave me the time (a month) that it took for me to make my decision. Excellent complete service. Layne and Spitzer provided a no cost Good Will credit ( I am 200 miles over the 50,000 miles on my original new car warranty) to cover the cost of a new speaker AMP that was defective.. Thank you!
