I waited too long to call for my new PA state inspection and was told the north hills dealership was out for 5 weeks, for an inspection on a GX with 8,600 miles. I called Katie at the south side location and she managed to “squeeze “ me in the next business day! Thanks for stepping up west liberty location, maybe give a yell out to the Wexford store about a little extra effort for a long time customer, (purchased three cars from the Wexford local).

First class, low key service from the moment we first walked in the showroom. From the greeting from the friendly people working the front desk to our expert salesman, Rudy Edghill, who walked us through all our options & helped us settle on our new car, then finally to the Financial Services Manager, Keyshawn D’Orso, who was never pressured us to buy all the extra warranties & services, just explained our options. Everyone we met with were wonderful, extremely knowledgeable, and not only easy to deal with, but fun to deal with. I highly recommend Rohrich Lexus; make sure you ask for Rudy, he’s an excellent salesman.

I arrived in a frazzle to have my car serviced. Guy, my service representative, organized my documents and was so kind and friendly. Really settled me down. My family has been coming to this dealership for over 20 years and they never fail to provide top-notch service. I enjoyed chatting with the receptionist and the biscotti. All charges were explained in an understandable way. So nice to know that businesses like yours are still keeping up with professional service and standards.

10/10. A wonderful experience. Our sales representative, Zach provided such a professional and thorough job of getting us into our new RX within our budget. Never wasted our time…and very thoughtful and courteous as well. The finance department was quick, easy and exceeded our expectations as well. They also took their time in explaining all the amazing features on our new vehicle as well and made sure we were safe and ready to roll. This is our 4th Lexus, so we already appreciate the quality.This truly has to be the very best car buying experience that we’ve had. Would highly recommend. RX 350 2022 purchase. I traded in my 2011 RX 350 for a 2022 RX 350. I was very pleased with the salesman Jack Passoth. He took the time needed to explain all the new features and helped set up Bluetooth and how to use the many new functions available. Jack made the purchase and trade in a very pleasant experience. The financial services manager, Keyshawn D’Orso made it easy to fill out all the financial forms needed and it also was a pleasant experience… Both Jack and Keyshawn were very knowledgeable and quickly answered the many questions I asked. I definitely would recommend purchasing a Lexus from Rohrich. I was pleasantly surprised on the ride home about the improved performance of the 2022 RX 350 over my previous 2011 RX 350.
