Rohrich Lexus

The Lexus dealership in Canonsburg service department is great. Scheduling an appointment with a loan car was easy and they got me in for maintenance within a week. The communication from the service department during the day was excellent. They communicated clearly what needed done. I highly recommend maintaining your car with Lexus.

I have purchased my last 3 cars from Rohrich Lexus and I have left delighted each time. From sales to service, they take great care of their customers. Never any surprises from service. Everything explained and delivered with a friendly smile. Most recently Cheyenne was my service advisor and it was great. I was in and out in an hour. Keep up the great work!

Their free inspections always end up costing me thousands of dollars. When I asked to see what was replaced I was told the old piece was already thrown out. Prices there are always extremely high for everything. It may be time to move on after all these years. Sorry.

I've been going to Rohrich Lexus for about a year now since I bought my 22 Es300h just before they moved to this location in Canonsburg. The location itself is brand new and stunning, very clean and fancy, with a complimentary snack and beverages in the waiting area. I have always used the website to schedule service, which is very straightforward and easy to use. My service advisor, Greg, is always very helpful and friendly, and quick to notify me of additional service options that would be beneficial to do while I'm at the shop, as well as finding me when service is complete. Overall, the service experience is completely painless and pressure-free, which is a far-cry from some other dealers I have dealt with. Service is also fairly quick compared to my other experiences.

Had state inspection today and the staff was friendly and professional. The new location is great and The waiting area is accommodating.
