Buick Service - Mark Bowling Excellent!
Mark Bowling delivered "5-star" service and informed me every step of the way on my car problem and repair. Very professional and spent the time needed so i can make an informed decision. However, the lack of professionalism by your cashiers is very disappointing. My cashier conducted a personal phone call/conversation during the entire billing transaction. Never greeted me with a smile and just spoke the entire to the person on the phone never once looking-up and recognizing me. Disinterested and unprofessional and not the first time I have experienced this level of service by your cashiers. Not a great way to close the sale. Marks service skills and your repair teams skill is what keeps me returning! My suggestion - replace the cashier!

New Car Purchase
Jose and 2 of his trainees assisted me in getting exactly what I came for. I knew exactly what price I wanted and I didn't want to waste anyone's time. They were very easy to work with, understanding, and I was out of lot in my new car very fast! Great job!

On Saturday Nov.21, 2015 myself and my family came into the dealership looking to possibly purchase a new car. The ENTIRE process was smooth and quick. Josh and Eric were so professional. Great service, professional personnel.
It was easy to make an appointment for my annual corvette oil change. Jason scheduled it working me into a narrow window of my available time slots. Service writer Rachael greeted me and got my car into a corvette technician immediately. She let me know how work was progressing and arranged to have the vehicle hand-washed at no extra charge. The car was finished in the estimated time and looked great. Always a great experience at Bill Kay. Mark's leadership in service sets a good tone for others who work there. Great job, E. Olson

Very Professional and Friendly Staff
Purchased a vehicle from Bill Kay Corvettes and Classics down the road, but did the paperwork through Bill Kay Chevrolet. John Forkal is a great salesman, but more importantly a great person; he went out of his way for me the whole way through the buying process and made it a great experience. Joe K. was a pleasure to do business with also. Really, the whole dealership was filled with friendly people and it had a really relaxed atmosphere. I would highly recommend these dealerships to anyone (even if I bought a Ford. Hah!).

Recent New Car Purchase at Bill Kay Ford in Lisle IL
Great place to buy or lease a new car. Tom Murphy, may sales associate was awesome, and made the leasing process very quick and easy, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. Although the dealership did not initially have the car, he took the time to look in the area for the car I wanted, and even went and picked it up, and drove it to dealership. Will always go to Bill Kay in Lisle, to lease cars, and I also, take my car to the service department.
