Extremely Satisfied

Staff was extremely efficient and friendly. Would highly recommend them. Staff was knowledgeable about the bells and whistles of the car. Bryan in F&I was thorough and explained things in an easy to understand manner.

Great, caring staff

Our experience at Preston Honda was nothing but enjoyable. Paul found us exactly the vehicle we were looking for and went the extra mile to make sure we would be happy with our purchase. Brian really went to battle for us when it came to financing to really get us the best deal possible. both Brian and Paul also went above and beyond by contacting after our purchase to ensure we were happy. Preston Honda truely cares about their customers and I would definetly recomend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Friendly, Knowledgeable staff

Preston Honda is a Class Act

I had a great car buying experience at Preston Honda on Saturday! My wife and I were searching for a truck on the internet when we spotted what looked like a good one at Preston Honda. We decided to take a drive over and see the truck in person. We were met by Paul who took us on a great test drive. He was patient and professional and really allowed us to get a good feel for the vehicle. Once we arrived back and got down to business, I felt like I was a partner in the negotiations not the enemy. Though it may seem small they also gave me more than expected on my trade in. They realized that though it was just a car, I was giving them a period of my life. Many miles of family memories were being passed on to a new owner. Preston seemed to understand that and made me feel like they valued what I was bringing them. They truly bent over backwards to help close the deal at a good price. Additionally, a lot of dealers swear they are military/veteran friendly, but are just using military appreciation as a gimmick. Preston put their money where their mouth is. With a number of vets employed there I knew I was getting the straight story that we vets expect from each other. I have bought a few cars in my day and I never felt good about the deal. On Saturday my wife and I both left with a smile on our face and a new preferred place to buy vehicles. It was well worth the 50 minute trip from Butler. Thanks again to Paul, Bryan, Mark and the whole Preston team. You are all truly a class act. Rangers Lead the Way!

Buying used

Well worth the short ride from Hubbard to New Castle to purchase a CR-V at a great price. Kurt Abraham was very helpful and answered all my questions.

Quality Service, Superior Value!

My wife and I had a stellar experience from beginning to end with our buddies at Preston! Our sales associates were thorough, responsive and knowledgable without being pushy. Our finance manager was personable, and understanding. We felt right at home working with this team, we got an amazing vehicle at an unbeatable price and would recommend this dealership to everyone!

What a FANTASTIC experince in buying a new car

Kurt Abraham made my Honda buying experience a pleasure. I have been buying a car for 34 years and this was by FAR the BEST experience. He got the deal taken care of in 10 minutes. Kurt is polite, friendly and totally professional. When we are ready to buy another Honda we will comeback to see him, and him alone. He achieved what would have taken a couple of hours with the other members of the Sales staff. Kurt is a credit to your organization. Valerie Villani was also totally professional when I did the finance side of the deal. She is polite, personable and friendly and equally business-like. This is THE way to sell a customer a car - simple and easy and ZERO pressure.

New CR-V

We worked with Chris Smith to get into our first Honda, and Bryan Rodgers handled the financing. Overall it was a good experience and we are very happy with our new CR-V!
