Service dept. TOM is the greatest. so glad I found him. He has taken care of 3 of our cars. He indeed cares for his customer and what your mechanics do for the customer. He explains repairs so that you understand.

Ed Morse Cadillac Purchase.

The customer service is excellent. Daniel my sales manager is the best. He's very friendly, very detailed with his sales experience. He is truly the reason why we shop Bayview Cadillac. So helpful. Takes his time, very patient. Listens to what you need.

Great experience

Porter did a great job and I was done in time to make my conference call. Much appreciated. I base my car purchases as much on service as I do price and my next Cadillac will be from Ed Morse.

Battery Replacement.

In and out quickly. Just a new battery, but it is a Corvette, They place it in a difficult location.

Very bad experience. Readers digest version. Tried to...

Very bad experience. Readers digest version. Tried to purchase an Escalade. After a lot of back and forth - my wife sat in the lobby for 1.5 hours while they sold the car out from underneath us. The sales person apologized, but it was a complete joke. Typical dealership with high demand that treated us like crap. They could have tried to make it right.......Profits over customers service.
