I would say that Tim And the General Manger both were very nice. Every thing they said over the phone was just what they said when we got to the Honda Dealer.

sales at street track and trail

we are thrilled with the quality of the Honda product. we were treated extremely well by Tim wentzel at Street track and trail in Meadville who seemed very knowledgeable about all the features of the car. we bought the pilot, 2015 and at this point found one minus and that is that the passenger seat does not rise. oh well. we are so pleased at that.

New Ridgeline Owner {brand Spankin' New}

We visited Honda Cars of Meadville for my new 2014 Honda Ridgeline Sport. We were treated with excellent customer service and were made to feel very comfortable with during our buying experience. Dawn Durec was amazing. We are very satisfied and will do business there more if the opportunity arises.

Happy Yet Again

I have been very please with my sales/service with Honda Cars @ Street Track 'n Trail for 15 years. Just purchased my 4th CRV from Dawn Durec and I couldn't be happier. and would recommend the dealership and Dawn to Anyone----Thanks again

A Bit Pushy

A lot of the reviews on here look like they were written by Chad Adams. It was fall 2012, I was looking for a NEW 2013 Odyssey van. I had the cash I just wanted a 2013, not a 2012, a 2013; I did not care about whatever sales they had on the 2012s, I wanted a 2013. Went out and talked with a sales person. Now i have been out to Street Track N Trail before and I find it odd that every time I go out the sales staff are new and different. Anyways, the sales man I spoke with took me to a dark small office that was filthy, but he was nice and I looked passed it. He was made well aware of what I was looking for and we exchanged information. One day a few weeks later I stopped buy because I saw some new vans sitting out. Turns out they were 2012s. I asked to talk with the salesman I saw before, then I was informed that he had been let go. So I exchanged information again, making the new person VERY much aware of what I wanted. A week later he called trying to get me in a 2012, I said nope 2013, he said ok call you then and I then Waited. The last week of November I am a little annoyed so I stopped back out. Yet again the sales person I spoke with was gone and i had to talk to yet another new face. He then all but forced me to meet the sales manager, who pushed and pushed and pushed 2012, and was a bit rude when I let him know I wanted a 2013. The next week I received a call every day from the dealership trying to get me in a 2012 van. At this point I went to Bianchi Honda, and they treated me beyond wonderfully

Mike, It is unfortunate that you had a bad experience two years ago. It is not reflective of how we do business. Considering the time that has lapsed in between your experience and now, it is difficult to go that far back and have members of our staff remember your exact situation. I wish you would have brought this to our attention the same year that it occurred, as it would have been much easier to investigate and possibly correct any misunderstandings. We hope you are enjoying your new vehicle and that we may be of some service to you in the future.

They People I delt with helped me in every way to get my car .Then took me on a meet & greet with all the people I need to deal with when car needs services. this is a most friendly Dealership I have ever been in : Thank YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!

I love Honda & ST&T!

My new CRV is my tenth Honda. These cars are so fantastic I could write the Honda commercials. ST&T was a pleasure to deal with and their service is second to none.

Nice dealership but I feel bad for employees.

I'm not sure if this is true for all employees at Street Track and Trail, but I've been made aware that most employees working for this company do not receive a lunch. It is despicable that this company allows the supervisors to mistreat their employees this way; for example, when I was visiting the service department I noticed that at least the counter people were working through the posted lunch hours, and who knows who else. I'm willing to bet that your employees would be more productive and give better customer service if they were treated right. Even private organizations have to follow the rules about giving their employees lunches if they work a certain number of hours. Someone needs to look into this before there are legal proceedings. Why would people give their money to a company that doesn't even give their employees a lunch? This isn't the 1800's.
