I feel comfortable working with the staff at Bianchi. In the past, at other dealerships, I hated to buy a new car because of the pressure and attitude of the staff. But at Bianchi, I like the staff, and I feel that they listen and care about what I have to say. Nick Behr helped me buy the car I wanted, and I appreciate that very much. After making the deal and signing the paper work to our new Honda HR-V EX-L, we left feeling pretty good about the whole experience.
