My Service Advisor was Frank Santilli. He was EXCELLENT!

I made an appointment for a Recall notice. I also requested an oil change with full synthetic oil. Additionally, Mr. Santilli suggested a tire rotation at this time as well, which I agreed. He advised me of the time it would take to complete the job. He personally, escorted me to the shuttle pick up lobby and explained how I would be contacted for my shuttle ride home. Incidentally, Rick, my driver was also very professional and an excellent driver. I don't think anything could have been better concerning my experience with Schumacher Dodge. Following my repairs / service appointment I had a short visit with Christian Palmer who originally sold me my Ram Limited 1500. I showed him some minor damage that I received following a "fender bender". He personally introduced me to Thomas Clark, One Perfect Touch Mobile Paint Repair on your property. Following his inspection and a bid, I made an appointment to have his company repairs the damages. What a great group of professional you have at Schumacher! A breath of fresh air considering experiences I have had with other dealerships in the area.

Purchasing a new vehicle

Salesman that understand their customer base

Bought a pre owned gen 2 charger rt. Carlos was very helpful throughout the whole process. His communication was top notch, even calling me back on his day off! Carlos recognized what I was looking for as a customer also. He was honest in his description of the car on the phone before seeing it in person. A+

Great experience

This was by far the most enjoyable car buying experience of my life. This is how car buying should be.

Went in last night to check.out a used 2017 MKZ hybrid I saw on their website. Met Edwin and Carlos and they greeted me warmly and got the car. One drive and I was in love with it. Of course we negotiated but it was done with respect and no common sales talk. We made a deal and the finance manager Tyler was professional and friendly. From beginning to.end a no hassle purchase. Only downside it took too long to complete but that was not a dealbreaker. Highly recommend this dealership and Edwin and Carlos of course.
