This is my second purchase of a preowned Toyota at Toyota of York both vehicles were one owner local trades. Excellent sales staff was very helpful and able to answer any questions that I had about the history of the vehicles. A big thank you goes out to Stephen Kwateng in sales who was very helpful throughout the entire process. I Highly recommend Toyota of York for all your new and used car needs. They also have an excellent knowledgeable service department.

Just be honest - Karma is a personal debt
have a 2011 Avalon that i took to the York Toyota service center 4 different times for stalling issues. The service guy claims that he never experienced this issue except one time and had to push the car into the shop. Each time i picked up the car and taken it back it continued to shut off multiple times at a stop sign or light. I cannot drive it to work (half hour drive) in this condition. This is the second week of them having my car and totally giving me the run around. Now I’m told the mechanic will be gone for three days. This is totally frustrating and a huge inconvenience. I’ve sent a video to Will Martin’s phone and email which obviously served no purpose. We have a 2021 Avalon as well but we really can’t trust Toyota of York to maintain our vehicles. This experience has been the absolute worst!!!

Prompt service. salesman showed me different options. it seems that original vehicle toyota corolla cross XLE was nowhere to be found. 6 different toyota dealers contacted for acquisition none of them have vehicle in their lots.
