My salesperson was Doug Deibler. Doug was very knowledgable and helpful. He picked me up so I ddin't need to get a driver which was very helpful. He was very polite ..it was an overall good experience.

2011 Toyota Corolla
I purchased a Certified Toyota Corolla from Lancaster Toyota/Mazda about a week ago and it was an absolutely amazing experience! Everyone at the dealership legitimately cares about what you need and will do everything to help you satisfy your needs. They aren't overly pressuring and if they make a commitment, they'll stick to it! Doug was my salesman and Craig helped also and both of them were great and seemed to be honest and loved their jobs! I had a few minor issues with my vehicle and they were great at taking care of them; Rick, the General Manager, was very reassuring when I asked him about the issues being resolved. I was shopping at MANY different dealerships before I went into LTM, and they certainly stand out from the rest of the crowd! They've earned a customer for life!

Great Service with a Smile!
My husband and I went car shopping today and ended up at Toyota-Scion of Lancaster. We were left in the lot for min of 5 mins until we were greeted by William (Bill) Bock. We were not pressured into buying, he was not at all pushy. We loved the experience and service we recieved. We had 2 other vehicles from other dealerships on our list to see, however the experience and service lead us to purchase a Toyota RAV 4 from Lancaster Toyota. I was overly impressed with the service and the entire process was prompt. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, you'll definitely be greeted with a smile and receive the great service we did. Be sure to ask for Bill Bock!

2014.5 Toyota Camry SE
I recently purchased a new Camry SE from Logan Hutton at Lancaster Toyota. I am very pleased with the service I received from Logan and Rick Price, the general manager of Lancaster Toyota and Mazda. They were knowledgeable, patient and friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make my buying experience and purchase an easy and fun process. I am very happy with the deal that I received and my new car. I would highly recommend Logan and Lancaster Toyota and Mazda for the purchase of your next car. Rick makes sure everything goes smoothly and the customer is satisfied. In fact, due to Rick's management style and his efforts to make sure the customer is happy, we also purchased a new Mazda 3 for my wife from Lancaster Mazda. Elliott Edison was our salesman for the Mazda and he was also knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with and we would also highly recommend Elliott for your car purchase. We found the staff of both dealerships friendly and helpful and great places to buy new cars. I'm sure Rick's management and influence on both dealerships contributes greatly to the positive experience we had purchasing our new cars. Very disappointed!
I bought s Camry 2012 two weeks ago in Lancaster PA, three days after the car wasn't working right I tooked the car to Service and spend all day and the didn't do anything to the car, now have to miss another day from being with my family to take the car again. I tried to contact the Dealer Manager and he didn't call me back. It is frustrated to buy a car and just have more headaches on you.
