new car for me !!!!
Was not expecting to leave today with a new car. we were looking. Saw a few very nice clean cars. was looking for something low miles and well cared for. Rick was great to work with. very helpful on trade-ins. would do business here again as we have in the past.

E-town Soccer Mom SCORES!!!!!
Our family needed to upgrade our van, but I was afraid it would not be in our budget. The internet salesperson at Lancaster Toyota gave me all of the options and kept me in our budget. Then I came in and worked with the other sales staff and they were great too. We are so happy with our new soccer Sienna and the experience we had with Lancaster Toyota. We know where our next car purchase will be.

Awesome Pre-Owned Car Purchase Experience
I came to Lancaster Toyota/Mazda after I inquried about their listing of 02 Lexus LS430. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted by both Mike Sherman the General Manager as well as Elliott Edison in Sales. My first impression of the dealership - A great organization with awesome, clean facility. You will be impressed when you get here. So anyway, Elliott took his time to show me all the features of the car, and there was absolutely no pressure from beginning to end. Elliott was patient with me the whole time, and I felt he was more of a good friend during the whole process of me buying this car. I did have a trade-in, and these guys gave me a very fair value for my trade. They also gave me a great price on the Lexus. Would I recommend this dealership? Absolutely! and I would definitely work with Lancaster Toyota/Mazda and Elliott Edison when I am ready to purchase my next Toyota or Mazda.

Not great credit but they never stopped working
Me and my husband really needed to trade in our chevy, we were no longer happy with it. We thought we were going to just come in and get a used car. We didnt think that we could afford a new car. The guys here worked for us to get approved for nearly three hours, I couldn't believe it we were almost ready to give up. Glad we didn't. We are walking out of here in a brand new Mazda 3. Would come back here again in a heartbeat.

What an Experience!
