I wanted to share my recent experience with the Ed Morse service team, which was truly exceptional. While my Camry was in for routine maintenance and a tire rotation, a small scuff occurred on one of my alloy wheels. Rather than making excuses, the dealership took full ownership of the issue. They went above and beyond by having the wheel professionally refinished, making it look brand new. It's rare to find that level of accountability and customer care. A special shout-out to Service Manager Bob McGrath for his professionalism and for handling the situation so well. This is exactly why I've chosen Morse for all my car purchases over the years.
