I purchased a 2024 Toyota Rav 4 hybrid, only one key could be found after 15 minutes, then lost again and had to wait another 20 minutes after purchase before I could drive it home. I drove back several days later and the 2nd key was unfounded and they had to order another one, I was unaware I couldn’t get it at that time. I was told by my salesman that this was a “cluster F!!’ and won’t be charged. So yet another trip awaits by me and my salesman’s words to get a F’n key.

Rick Alvarez showed us options, but never once pressured us. He listed to us and even talked with us about his family. He’s an honorable human being and great at what he does. Aubrey Alexander is lucky to have him working for them. He’s a great guy. The entire staff at Aubrey Alexander was kind, accommodating, and made us feel like we made the right choice. I can honestly say, that we will most likely buy all of our cars from them from now on.
