Great First Time Buying Experience
My husband and I were first time buyers and we were very pleased with our experience at Ciocca. Craig was extremely helpful from start to finish and not pushy at all. We felt that we were treated very well here and most definitely would purchase another Subaru from Ciocca. Plus, I absolutely love my new Crosstrek!

Wonderful experience!
As a younger first time buyer, I had a great experience with Ciocca Subaru. My sales rep Ben was exceptional at his service and was just the person I needed to help choose my Legacy. He was conscious of my budget, dealt with my indecisiveness, and helped me to pick a great car. I would definitely recommend this guy due to his down to earth nature and genuine care!

Promises then Condolences
purchasing the car was easy. getting the registration with the correct name now thats the difficult part. the only thing we wanted was the reg to have my wife's name on it. this apparently cannot be done even tho they promised up and down that it would. if she was not on the loan i would have gotten one over 1% lower which comes out to be about 2k less. they do not offer compensation just condolences "Sorry but we cant do anything" stay away from these lairs. Anything to sell a car.Gregg was the absolute rudest person i have ever dealt with at a car dealership.

2016 Crosstrek purchase
Despite the large scale of Ciocca's operation, the personal attention to the customer's needs was very impressive. One of the advantages of a large scale operation in the steady supply of incoming cars rather than having to acquire specific cars from other dealerships as smaller dealerships often do. I found the salesperson (Troy Eckart) to be knowledgeable, personable, patient and a very straight-forward negotiator... overall very professional. Jake, the business manager was equally so as well. Overall, the 'purchase experience' was five-star.

Purchase of 2016 Subaru Legacy
My 2005 Subaru Legacy was totaled in a car accident so I needed to purchase another vehicle. I chose to purchase another Legacy since I loved my last one. I met with the same sales person who sold me my 2005 Legacy, Bob Pavone. He is the greatest. Easy to talk to, funny and ensured that I was shown how to use all the new features on the car. Could not have asked for a better salesman. It was truly an enjoyable experience. A message for Bob, "That's what dad's are for!!!"

New year new car!!!
My buying experience was great!! First Tom Calianno was very professional and no pressure from him to make an appointment to visit the dealership . Second when I got there I met Nev Pinnock which helped me from the beginning how to choose a car since I had my doubts between the Imprezza hatchback and the Cross Trek . He asked what i was looking in a car , all the gadgets I wanted . He is very knowledgeable, professional and patient. Once I've found the car he explained how to use all the new things the car has . The trade in part was done without a problem , the price was right for me too. I definitely would recommend visit this dealership and have the opportunity to deal the buying of your new car with these gentlemen !!
