repairs

i'm giving a one star review because I took my vehicle there for repairs, I bought vehicle at this same location. the car was making a strange noise, when it was returned to me it continued to make this noise, I was told it would go away after driving it for a while, well I did. but after a long time it did not go away so I brought it back; that's when I was told it was something else completely different that would require me to pay even a larger sum for the new so called repairs, so I declined since no explanation was given as to why and also now I questioned the work that was done ( this part that was replaced was it necessary?).and they didn't even attempt to explain why and if this new option was going to fix the problem like the las time. anyway, the people are polite but it doesn't seem they know what they're doing.

Wonderful Car Buying Experience

We recently purchased two new vehicles, 2016 Outback and 2016 Legacy, from Ciocca Subaru. Mariely Rivera was so friendly, always smiling and very knowledgeable about the cars. She was great! There was never any pressure put on us. Todd Nelson in finance worked hard to find good loan rates for us. Kevin Ehid and Austin Schadt patiently explained all the buttons/devices and how our new cars operate. We left very happy.

Online Search fo A Subaru Forester

Last week I began a long awaited search through my USAA New Car Sales research and purchase program. I selected my vehicle and options. Immediately I was sent 3 bids by dealers including Ciocca Subaru. Before I was able to sign-offline, Nicole was calling me. In a friendly and professional manner she asked how I had made my selection and went through describing the Subaru Forester vehicle and options in much more detail than any on-line program I had used. She reviewed every item I was considering and calculated my selections different ways to provide me with the lowest price offer. She also presented exclusive services offered by Ciocca Subaru. MY ADVICE: If you are looking to purchase a Subaru vehicle, don't waste your time with canned on-line programs. Check a few legitimate consumer resources and call Nicole. She will save you a lot of time and actually make you feel that she is working for you. Thanks Nicole!

Great Attention to Detail!

Greg was patient and answered every question I asked with great detail! He made sure I was comfortable through the entire experience of purchasing my new vehicle. He sent me a follow-up thank you card within days of my visit with a personalized thank you. The finance department assisted with my paperwork and ensured I received the best rate possible -- they also were extremely patient and understanding. Overall, because of the Ciocca Subaru team, my car buying experience was delightful and extremely satisfactory.

Awesome Experience!

I came to Ciocca looking to lease a 2016 Subaru Impreza and Christian did an amazing job! He made sure I knew everything there is to know about the Impreza! Tom O'Donnell was extremely helpful with answering all of my financial questions, and John Antigua made sure I left happy and didn't have any last minute questions. They all made my experience unforgettable! I love my new car and love Ciocca Subaru!

The best experience ever!

In Nov 2015, I contacted many dealers (mostly in NJ, NY and Ciocca in PA) by email. Shawn replied promptly with a quote in detail. He was the only one who send me a followup email on the next business day. I ordered the Outback that same week in person with delivery date for the last week of Jan 2016. Fortunately, he located a car in transit adjusted to my specifications. The car was ready for pickup in the last week of Nov! On the 1st weekend of Dec, Greg took care of the transaction. Then I was forwarded to Anthony (Finance), who asked me a few questions/signatures. Finally, John showed me the car in detail. Overall, Ciocca representatives know how to listen to the customer! None of them try to sale me any accessory other than requested. I also noticed that there is a positive vibe/feeling in the air (A lot of smiles/excitements). The transaction was SMOOTH, CLEAR and COMFORTABLE! Absolutely I recommend this dealer. I just wish to be closer for service. Thank you again Shawn, Greg, Anthony and John!

Awesome Customer Experience!

If you are in the market for a Subaru, make the trip to the Ciocca dealership in Allentown. The experience was by far the best I've had in a lifetime of purchasing automobiles. The vibe in the showroom was great, busy with an air of excitement. We had the pleasure of dealing with Greg Fichter, clearly one of Ciocca's "peak performers", and a terrific salesperson. Greg was knowledgeable, engaging and was able to answer every question that came up during the process. We knew the particular WRX we were looking at was in high demand, but Greg still negotiated a fair deal from my perspective, and despite having multiple customers to wait on during a busy Saturday made us feel like we had his full attention at all times. Everyone else involved with the sale was courteous and on the ball, and this made for an extremely pleasant customer experience. Thanks Greg & the entire staff at Ciocca Subaru! Doug

Internet "First Contact"

I am stunned, shocked, and blown away by the patience of Tom Calianno.. I had multiple emails over an 8 or 9 week period,, many times changing, color, model. year, you name it...how anyone can be so patient and thoughtful, and reassuring is like the days of old...a handshake and you are a friend. Tom was helpful, AND calm (this after all is my very first Subaru), and he was helpful, and alleviated all my car buying fears. Thank you Tom! You are the best!

No Long-Distance Bait and Switch!

I live in Virginia, 400 miles from the Ciocca dealership in Allentown, PA, so Shawn Parr and I negotiated my whole 2016 Forester purchase by phone and online. To my amazement, after I drove 6 hours to the dealership the whole purchase deal transpired exactly as Shawn said it would. No bait and switch, no last-minute surprises! I am thrilled with my new Forester but I am also very impressed with the entire Ciocca organization for its professionalism and clean dealing.
