Very good overall experience. Dario was good about communicating and straightforward throughout the entire buying process. Would recommend JM Lexus and Dario to a friend and would buy my next Lexus through them as well.

This company works the way companies should work. Everybody works together from the person who first answers the phone, in my case it was Carole, to the sales people. And if one sales person can’t do something, another sales person will help that sales person do that something. There is no competition, but there is extraordinary communication and cooperation. My husband and I bought our Lexus from JM Lexus in 2010, it lasted 15 years and I had received a resent suggestion to go elsewhere, but because of the treatment that I received from Daniel Wilson and Mark McPherrin (I think that’s his last name), to Zee who helped with some Tech in the car because I had turned off apps on my phone that were necessary for the Tech in the car that I wanted to use, to Mr. Long, who helped with some paperwork and appraising my old car, I can’t say enough good about all of these people at JM Lexus.

I found a great used car on the JM Lexus website. After a few calls I traveled to Margate and Paul picked me up at the airport. Paul had everything in order and after an inspection and a little paperwork, I had my car and drove back to Tampa. This was my third car I bought from JM Lexus.
