I had a great experience at JM Lexus in Coconut Creek. This was the second vehicle I purchased from them . Most recently I purchased a 2025 Lexus NX and couldn’t be happier with the entire process. My salesman Paul Mompremier was awesome . He is very knowledgeable and helped me trade in my old vehicle and got me the best deal possible . He made the entire the transaction so seamless .I especially appreciated how transparent they were throughout the deal . I never felt pressured or rushed, which made the buying experience even more enjoyable. I could have not asked for a better car-buying experience than the one I had at JM Lexus in Margate! When I decided to visit the dealership, I had a general idea of the car I was interested in test driving, which was the ES. I was met with Reggie Leo who immediately was very friendly and helpful with setting up a test drive, and from there, I was pretty much sold on the ES and style I was interested in. When it came time to finding the exact car model and features I was interested in, Reggie checked in with me on a daily basis to keep me updated on the available inventory - and before I knew it, my dream car was available! Going into the car-buying process, I was worried that I would be met with pushy salespeople and a long, grueling process - but that's the exact opposite of what I experienced. On the day when I signed the final papers and picked up my new car, it took no more than 45min to get through the process - everything was so streamlined and taken care of, it was incredible. And on top of that, Reggie was always transparent and knowledgable each step of the way - he really made this whole process an ENJOYABLE one -- and I LOVE my new Lexus. I really cannot say enough good things about my whole experience at this dealership and working with Reggie Leo - I would recommend it to everyone I know.
