Extremely attentive. Luis in service is a 10! Extremely attentive. Results of battery test indicate that Lexus deals with a battery manufacturer that accepts substandard performance for a two year old battery.

What a wonderful experience..I called the dealership and spoke to Arley who was our salesperson and I told him the car that I wanted,sent him pictures of my car that I was trading in and he quoted me a great price over the phone, no haggling, and when we came in to buy the car the numbers were the same. I received quotes from 3 Lexus dealers that couldn’t compare to JMLexus. Thank you for a great experience!
