Fast friendly service. Good prices

Great sales person. Good prices, great service. Found the perfect used car at an affordable price. Salesman was extremely helpful and the whole staff was courteous and friendly.

Jeremy Shea was amazing.

Jeremy Shea was who helped us and he was amazing. Made sure to match us with a cat that fit our needs as well as work his butt off to be able to get the car and the best deal. 10/10 would get another car there.

2019 Rav4 limited

We haven't purchased from Motorworld in many years even though we are 1 mile away. We had a few bad experiences including being ignored because they had a meeting to go to and not willing to negotiate at all on the exact cars we purchased elsewhere. We were told we should have came there last. My parents purchased a SUV there at the MSRP and the salesman told me not to interfere that it was not my money. My husband took a vehicle there that we purchased elsewhere that was under warranty, We were shocked because he got a fast appointment! That was the turning point for us. They gave us a fair price for trade and new vehicle. We felt extremely comfortable with service so they are now are go to. There have been changes here for the better. My husband took the car down to Brandon, our salesman who easily answered a question for him. We will definitely purchase again.

Amazing Service, Support, and Assistance

I recently discovered I needed to ditch my ailing, failing 2001 Buick Century, so I stopped at MotorWorld in Wilkes-Barre, PA. I had never been there before, despite living so many years in the area. The car that I initially came to see was being test-driven and subsequently purchased, but Mandy and her manager Rich Moore, took great care of me. Fell in love on the spot with a great pre-owned 2014 Mercedes-Benz E350. After that test drive, I did not even need to see other vehicles. Not only that, but everything was done that afternoon, including dealer prep, insurance, and financing, so I drove that baby home the same day! That's not the end of that story.... Just a week after the purchase, I had a warning light about brake pads, which I found were not covered by regular warranty or special contract. Rich could have said "sorry" and that would have had to be the end of the story. I told him the situation. He told me he would try to find a way to get me a fix without cost, even though he was not sure how. Not sure about the how, but apparently, he is also a magician. When I came in to have the work done, all the work, service, inspection, etc. was, indeed, on the house! Everybody there is fantastic and it made me wonder how lesser companies can compete against this solid wall of sheer care and excellence. Indeed, I have never owned a better car in terms of comfort, power, and features, all at a reasonable pre-owned price for a premium vehicle. I am so grateful, and I believe - no, I know - that you cannot do better than to give your trust and concerns for all your automobile purchases and services. Another awesome experience

Purchased my fourth Lexus from Motorworld and again they were amazing to deal with. I’m not a big fan of shopping for new vehicles but the sales professionals at Motorworld make it much easier. I’ve been dealing with Aldo for several years now and he is true professional who is always willing to go the extra mile to help you. I’ve been to other dealers but keep going back to Motorworld Lexus to purchase my vehicles.
