Brian was so professional and patient with our car buying

Brian was so professional and patient with our car buying needs. He took the time to show us various vehicles while never pressuring us to make a decision. Once we did make a decision, he walked us through the process from start to finish. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for another vehicle. Sold vehicle to someone else after they confirmed vehicle was available and we were finalizing deal. Spoke with manager and this is normal and allowed by corporate.

Right from the time I walked in the building everyone was

Right from the time I walked in the building everyone was friendly. There were a few sales people on the phone already but that didn’t stop Malek from welcoming me when I came in. Brian helped me look at the car I saw on the website. He was well versed on this car as if it was the only brand he sold. Courtney helped me get a good value for my trade and Bill made sure my financing went smooth! Overall this was a great buying experience and I will definitely be back to purchase from Brian again! Thanks guys!

BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE! Do NOT ever buy a car from the crooks at Motorworld Pre-Owned. In 2022, they sold me a 2018 Honda Pilot and 8 months later the dashboard light went off that I was having transmission problems. I took it to get checked out and was told that it only needed new transmission fluid. Now 6 months later, the transmission has officially died after the warranty has run out, of course, and they are refusing to cover the transmission replacement or offer any deal. Chris Moscaritolo, the Service Manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Don't ever shop here. And Honda Corporate is refusing to cover the transmission, as well. This is my 2nd Honda and I will never be buying another--they've really gone downhill.

The sales person was very thorough and explained

The sales person was very thorough and explained everything that I had questions about. He was a very nice guy who was very professional. As a person who was involved in sales for years, I get turned off by people who do not listen when you talk to them. Brian was listening and got me my answers. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase a car.
