Bait and switch
Typical bait and switch dealership. Advertise vehicle at low price and don’t update their own website or cars.com, auto trader, or car genius when the vehicle sells. Contacted the dealer numerous times to confirm availability. Dealer reluctant to admit vehicle was no longer for sale. Try to lure you to lot in hopes you will buy other more expensive vehicles. Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with dealer that lacks transparency.

I can’t even express how happy I am I trusted Motorworld preowned with my business. Everyone who worked there was honestly so nice and considerate the one salesman (wish I got his name) offered my mom his cheater glasses so she could see while filling out forms. I had the best luck and got Dave Bell as my salesman and if you are someone who has any type of reservations about car lots I highly recommend seeing Dave. He was the nicest person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and did not make me feel forced to buy a vehicle and worked with in my budget and got me my dream car! If you are in the need of a car I highly recommend motor-world preowned!

DO NOT USE MOTOR WORLD SERVICE DEPT
Do not use motoworld Dodge/Chrysler or any car service Dept whether you purchased the car from motor world or not, you will get charged for a diagnose fee $169.95+tax, even when you tell them the problem of your vehicle. I called motor world Dodge service department for leaking/burning oil on my truck. They gave me appointment on August 31st 2023. They couln't find out what is causing that, so they told me to return after 500 miles to verify oil consumption. I went back on September 21st 2023. They charged me another $84.97+tax for 30 minutes labor. But they still don't know what caused that. I was told the engent needs to be tested to see what part of the engine is causing the over consumption of the oil. They refuse to give me a price, but toll me a new engine will cost $12,000. I lost 2 days of work, paid almost $300, and they did not fix my truck. I called the service manager to request a partial refund. He refused my request, and told me that I should be charged more on labor. I really feel that I was exported by Motor World. I spent almost $300 and lost 2 days of work for nothing.
