Flawless car buying experience. I was buying the cheapest car on the lot and their team - particularly Brian, Mariah and Steve - treated me like I was buying a rolls. Very honest about the vehicle, showed me all they had done to it, worked with me all the way. And very accomodating while I had my own mechanic check out the vehicle (who confirmed their honesty). Brian and Steve were willing to work with me on the price and even assisted me with surprising my daughter with he new car. I would recommend the Bill Marsh/Fred Bean Ford team to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Bill Marsh Ford Dealership Excellent Serivce
Well i would like to start off by saying i havent acctually bought A car yet from them but so far ive had excellent help. The sales people are very nice not pushy or overbearing. They are on top of everything . When i do finally find a car i will be purchasing it at Bill Marsh Ford. so far very happy !!!

Terrible overall
Worst experience ever! I had bought 4 cars in the past from this dealership and was looking to get another one. I was told I got the car, congratulated me, shook my hand and then after waiting an hour I was told the banks wanted specific things. Now I was already told I had the car and now they say I don't and I would have to wait till Monday for the bank I go through now to open? I called the sales person John 2 times and he said they were working on it and he would call me back. He never called back nor did he even have the courtesy to send me an email! I will never go back there for anything!!!

VERY poor customer service in Service Department
I purchased a 2011 Ford Fiesta from Bill Marsh Ford in January of 2011 after being totally disgusted by the other Ford dealer in our area. We were promised exceptional service, and it was good until my last visit. That was when the pressure to buy unneeded services began. Thank goodness my husband knows cars and he was able to steer me away from most of the unnecessary stuff. I was still pressured into buying two tires when only one was needed. I requested the good tire be placed in my car to be used as an emergency spare. It never made it into the car and had to be retrieved later by my husband. The remote start I had installed was never explained to me. I would think that at the price I paid for it, it would have been. It does not work from my dining room window just 65 feet away, when the service writer assures me it should work up to 500 feet away. Now I have to return to a place I have no faith in and hope they will fix the problem. I specifically chose to spend several hundred dollars more to have it installed by an authorized Ford technician in a Ford authorized repair shop using Ford authorized parts to avoid just this type of problem.The ultimate slap in the face was after I paid for all the unexpected problems I was told my car was "out back". "Out back" is several hundred feet away from the door and to make matters worse. it was snowing and there was over 2 inches of wet snow and slush covering the ground to be waded through to get to my car before I could clean it off. The bottom line is Bill Marsh Ford may be a good place to purchase your car, but go anywhere else to have it serviced..

To Hard Working Mom, I have read your entire review and do understand why you rated us as you did. My Service Manager and I got together to speak about your service experience and believe you were justified in writing it. I cannot apologize enough for the mistakes we made during your service repair. You are correct... We did not place the good tire into your vehicle as you requested. This was a mistake and I apologize to your husband as well for inconveniencing his time. We also apologize that we did not explain to you the proper way to operate the remote start that was installed. No matter if you spent $1.00 or $300.00 on something, our normal procedure is to make sure our customers are properly educated on the equipment installed/included in their vehicle. For it not to work from your dining room seems like there could be a bigger issue at hand however? The service department has attempted to reach you in regards to checking its functionality. Please do not hesitate to contact either our Service Manager or me directly if you decide to give us another opportunity to help you. Please hear me out on one thing... Every member of the Bill Marsh Ford staff believes that the customer is the lifeblood of our organization. Without you we do not exist. With that said, if you felt as though you were pressured into buying any services that were unneeded there was clearly a communication breakdown. Our service advisors are professionals that explain what services we recommend in order to extend the life of your vehicle. Finally, please do not think we intentionally sent you "out back" in the snow. Whenever there is inclement weather, we do our absolute best to assist everyone. The first snow storm of the winter was a difficult day of slush and snow for everyone. We sincerely apologize that you were overlooked but it certainly was not intentional. Joe Bryan 215-968-3806
How it should be
After visiting one of the larger Ford dealerships, I left feeling like I had been through a gauntlet of big smiling, back slapping people who were out to gouge me. The vehicle quotes included things like "Zurich Shield" for $700 with no mention or explanation of why it was included. When I asked what it was, the salesperson somewhat incredulously responded that we could just take it off, as if I was wasting his time questioning the need for this dealer add on. I was quoted a high price on the vehicle lowballed on my trade in. I left feeling discouraged and quite honestly, disgusted. My father suggested I try Bill Marsh Ford. They are pretty far away from me, so I called them up and initially dealt with them over the phone, working with a Salesperson named Dave. We worked up a reasonable price on the car (Expedition) and estimate on my trade in. I went to the dealership to finalize the details and the closing on the new car and trade in couldn't have been smoother. The owner stopped by to make sure everything was okay and to say thanks. Bill Marsh is just a class act operation and I will buy from them again if I'm ever in the market for a Ford. I would recommend to anyone. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the service because I'm am too far away to practically have them work on the car.

I have bought several cars from this (Kalkaska) dealership and all have been handled in a professional manner. The service department (Dan) crew is outstanding! Tech's are very knowledgeable and willing to offer information regarding Ur repair. Overall their services the best around!

Bill Marsh Ford Service Department
I am having my car serviced as I write this. The people here are very friendly and keep you informed on the repair. I have been to other Ford dealers in the area and left wondering what was fixed and what did I pay for. I am happy I purchased my car here, the salesman Steve was very honest and did not play and games with us. We did shop and did get presured to buy at another Ford dealer walked out and returned to Bill Marsh. Steve gave us the best price on our car the first time. The other Ford dealer said Bill Marsh could not sell us a car at the price we were given by Steve. Bill Marsh sold us the car at that price they are very honest. We also received Free Pa state inspection as long as we own the car and a free loaner. Thank you guys. Judy
