Brought my vehicle in for 50,000 mile maintenance.
Brought my vehicle in for 50,000 mile maintenance. Also told dealer of a shifting problem with the transmission. The tech. found the problem. A warranty repair was needed. I was given a truck to use while my truck was being repaired. When I picked up my personal truck, there was no charge for the trans. work or for the loaner vehicle. Great service !!

Another summer won't be able to use my car.
Another summer won't be able to use my car. Sold to me with no air and would cost $2000-$3000 to have fix. As a senior I don't have that kind of money. So can go anywhere summer months, and Ciocca Chevrolet just brush you aside.

i am very unhappy with the service department for way I
i am very unhappy with the service department for way I had been treated I took my truck in for wash & other things got a text at 10am letting me know all was done but the wash I called them back at 4pm to see if it is done no answer so I went over to see they said it is getting done now they broke off my shark finn had to order a new one 13 days then I tried to call to see if or when it is coming I got the run around from department to department and put or hold 12 times so I when to the dealership to talk to someone got the service manager he said they need to paint it but it is black just like my truck a few days later I got a call from him offing me a free detail on my truck so I said ok then 10 seconds later he called me back and said if I could not answer the review with all 100% good do not answer it at all so I told him no thanks because I think that all the customers should know how they treat us and i have been trying to talk his manager for 8 days now he has not called me back I left him 7 or 8 messages and again I got run around know one has called me back

Brought the vehicle in for a vibration shake in the
Brought the vehicle in for a vibration shake in the steering wheel. Was told by the service department that the car needed $5400 worth of repairs including two new calipers, oil pan gasket replacement, two lower control arms along with a crushed brake line none of which would solve the original issue the vehicle was brought in for. After bringing it to another privately own mechanic the left axle needed to be replaced, which was not included in the repairs the dealer told me. After further inspection of the vehicle, none of the above repairs needed to be done. It?s a shame that dealers like this one take advantage of every day Americans.

Dominic was super! He was very attentive but not over-bearing. Also, he even came in on his day off to finalize the sale & waited until I was ready and he opened my door to personally congratulate me & away I went in my 2021 VW!!

Had a 2:30 appointment.
Had a 2:30 appointment. They didn’t take my vehicle in till 3:15 so I was there for a hour and a half for a simple oil change. The woman on the phone who made the appointment was the only friendly person..I felt like I was bothering everyone else like they were doing me a favor.
