Everyone was super friendly. The pizza and hoagies were a nice touch on a busy Friday afternoon. We would shop here again.

Awesome customer service!!!

First time winner

I had never bought a car through a dealership before, so I did my research, found the vehicle I wanted, and found two dealerships that had that vehicle. I called Piazza because they were closer. The guy who answered was arrogant, refused to discuss adjusting their price lower because Martin had a lower price. So I went to Martin, met Julie and she took awesome care of me! I blew it by not coming in on Black Friday so the vehicle I wanted was gone. Julie took me out on the lot and we found my car! Paperwork was easy-peasey, André in Finance wrapped it all up and I was out the door in less than 3 hours total!

Sales rep was very professional

Car was delivered in the dark. Detail and cleaning was not satisfactory. I did not received owners manual and floor mats they were not included in the vehicle. Personal belongings from my trade-in were left in the parking lot. They should have been placed in the new car when it delivered. At the time I removed them from my trade-in the newly purchased vehicle was not ready. Access to dealership is difficult.

Customer Service

The sales rep was accommodating and helpful. There was no pressure. However, some important details were overlooked. Was not satisfied with final delivery.

Very easy to work with, local dealer

No hassle and accomodated our availability. Even when we couldn't decide on colors they brought multiple from a different storage lot on a busy Saturday for us to compare.

Julie Thompson IS THE BEST!

We visited four different dealers. Sales persons are the heart of any dealership. We met Julie Thompson and she made the experience very conformable, Julie Thompson was GREAT.
