Superb price and Fast transaction

Straightforward customer service and great price. I was pretty surprised that it didn’t take all day to buy a car. I was in and out within an Hour. The price was the best at this dealer and I got what I wanted. Not much more to say :)

Didn’t Know We Were Buying. Car in the Next Five Hours

We were only looking at pre-used cars at Martin Main Line Honda but found such a great car we decided to buy it. Patrick put us at ease right away and before we knew it we were test driving a car that had it all. Instead of shopping around for weeks or months we found what we needed in a matter of hours. Now we are learning all the bells and whistles on our 2017 Honda and enjoying all the comforts of an updated vehicle.

Personable, Accomodating, and HONEST

I enjoyed my recent visit to Martin Mainline, which is a funny thing to say. Usually when I get ready to buy a car, I figure I’m going to have to deal with the stereotypically salesman—“Hey buddy, she’s a real beauty isn’t she...”—but this was not the case. I was greeted by David Tierney, who couldn’t be further from that stereotype. He was a personable, friendly, and likeable guy, who didn’t push. I also met Nino, who was the same. I worked out a deal with those two gentleman, that I am very happy about. These guys are quality individuals. Save yourself the aggravation, and go to Martin. The other places I visited are less than honest!

Like family!

Roman is so wonderful! We haven’t seen him since our last lease 3 years ago, but he remembered so much about us, and we even had a chance to catch up about our children and his grandchildren while waiting for our paperwork to be processed. He was professional, well-prepared, honest, helpful & got us a great deal on our new CRV. He had us in and out as quickly as possible, though it still felt like we had all of the time we needed to make the decisions that were best for us. He treated us like family, and that is why we will always drive an hour to Martin Mainline Honda for our cars! Carlos was thorough in his explanation of our new vehicle features & made sure we knew how to use all of our technology before we left, and was so friendly & professional! Andre was a joy to work with as well. Just another example of the friendly, professional service you can expect at MMH. He got us through all of the many papers quickly but without feeling like we didn’t know what we were signing. He was clear about what to expect, and even helped us get a discount on our car insurance! These guys are the best!

Great car buying experience

We really like dealing with the people at Martin Main line Honda. In fact, they did such a good job that we came back two months later and bought a second car from them. Our sales rep Lucy was extremely helpful. The sales manager Joe gave us an excellent deal I think, and the finance manager Dave was a pleasure to deal with. Our technician Carlos walked us through all of the Marriott features of both cars. The experience could not have been more pleasant.
