Friendly Sales Service

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great location and selection of vehicles. We worked with Steve B. and he was great. He went over all of our options with us and was very patient and helped us get a new lease on a CR-V.

FABULOUS SERVICE

my salesman Dave Tierney was amazing . He was so helpful and polite and professional. He never pressured me into anything. I felt very comfortable It was a great experience. On top of that Mike Freeman the manager was fabulous and helping me get exactly what I wanted. Carlos from tech department was very helpful and polite. It was overall a great experience for what can be a stressful situation. Everyone there was polite and helpful

Great Team!

The best part of my experience @ Martin Mainline Honda was their professional, sincere and knowledgeable staff . . . and their coffee machine/snack section! David Tierney helped me identify the certified used CR-V and Stephen Knopf worked with me to close the deal. Both were extremely professional, patient and kind. I always worry about a salesperson is more focused on completing a sale, than doing the right thing but I absolutely had no concerns while working with David and Stephen. They were sincere, honest and reasonable! Thank you to Joe Seker and Mike Freeman for working with me on pricing for my trade in’s and purchase. Ultimately, the package you helped create determined the entire process . . .thank you! After we had the vehicle identified and trade in complete, I worked with David Baratka who was a master at his job! He went the extra mile to help find a fantastic Honda financing promotion for my purchase! And finally, Carlos, who was busy juggling several customers, took the time to patiently walk me through differences in features between my new certified used CR-V versus the traded in CR-V and Pilot. great service!

We drove over 3 hrs to buy from Mainline Honda. We especially appreciated the prompt, personal service. Patrick even filled our car with gas himself.
