Disappointed no call

arrived dealership 30 minutes after set appointment and told car sold. They did not have courtesy to call and advise. Sales agent knew why I was there, took all my personal information, and then said "I think car was sold earlier today". Not the customer service I am interested in.

I like that the sales rep was patient during my decision making process and when I officially purchased there was a tech guy who walked me through my features on my new car

Off the street servuce

Though I did not have a scheduled meeting, my wife and I were greeted by a smiling receptionist who asked what we needed and immediately contacted the appropriate party who handled our request from start to finish with such professionalism. Though my wife and I stopped by simply to inquire about the possible purchase of "one" car, because of the respected way in which we were treated by all of Martin Honda, we ended up buying "two" cars. I wish more companies operated with similar professionalism. Because of Nino and Roman, the Nealons have now become permanent Martin customers for all our automobile purchases and service.

Very easy process.

Julie Was very knowledgeable and helpful - she guided me through the car- buying process and answered all of my questions. She was warm and friendly and made this ‘not so easy’ process much less stressful. I would highly recommend Julie!! As a side note: I noticed that there was a person of whom I was told was the lot manager?? He was extremely rude to Not only Julie but to myself and some other employees. Julie handled ithe situation extremely professionally. It had just made me feel bad that someone would be so disrespectful and rude to a fellow colleague. But like I said- everyone else was very helpful and polite .
