Highly Recommend!

Perfect Service, Excellent Facilities

Brought my car in to Pacifico Marple Ford Lincoln in Broomall, PA for an oil & filter change. They had me in & out in 45 minutes. While there, I spent time in their very nice waiting area with a big screen TV, snacks, beverages, wi-fi, plenty of comfortable seating, etc . . . . All in all, it was an outstanding service experience. I highly recommend this dealer for any servicing, even if you own something other than a Ford product.

poor customer service

I called the previous day to book work truck for service. I called ahead so that i could get truck serviced as fast as possible as i use it constantly for work. I dropped truck off at approx 7-7.30 in the morning. I inquired how long it would take as i needed the truck, was told they were busy and could not give me any time frame as had to check what was required. i got the impression that there was no effort to try and do service any faster. i called back at approx 11.00am and was told the truck was not looked at yet. i got a call at 3.00 that they had looked at truck and was told they needed to order several parts and would need the truck for another day. I said i could not do that and told them to finish the service and i would pick truck up. All in all i felt the customer service was very poor. I have bought several trucks here and get all my services done here. There have been many times i haves requested truck to be worked on asap and i have had it back in few hours. /this was certainly not the case this time.

Great Car Buying Experience

Just purchased a new Lincoln MKC from Pacifico Lincoln - excellent experience from beginning to end. Thanks to Nick DeLuca for making our purchase simple. My wife and I appreciate the excellent attention to premiere customer service.

Always helped out in time of need

Previously I was made aware during service that my battery did not pass a load test. At that time I did want to deal with it so passed until later. On New Years day as I backed out of my drive way I had a loss of steering and assuming it was my power steering I had my car towed in for repair. Well guess what the good news was it was not my power steering but yes it was my battery. Thanks to the service dept, along with a Lincoln owner loaner and a shuttle pick up I could not have asked for more

Service was great as always

I called the Reggie the Lincoln Rep was taken care of right away. Was picked taken to work and picked up when the Town Car was finished. I could have had a car but chose not to as weather conditions were iffy. The temperature was 12 degrees so I was very happy to have my Blower speed controller back in operation!

the entire experience, from beginning to end was professional, informative, and helpful. I dealt with Jim Kiernan, who was very helpful showing me the vehicles he had as well as giving me all the details of the truck I bought, before I left the dealership.
