This is our 4th purchase from your dealership . We did shop and test drive at other dealerships but they didn’t have the exact model we wanted. Your financial lady was also very nice as she shared some personal experiences with her car. When we purchased the warranty . We had the protective shield done on our last cars so we asked for it again on this one . We didn’t get the kit at the time of delivery but it was later shipped to us. Thank you for sending it , it saved us a 45 minute drive each way . We are looking forward to many years in our new CRV !
