Everything went alright and I’m happy with my car. For how long the process is and how much you are spending, it would be nice if there were some free snacks. Also, while all of the major things with the car appear to be in great shape minor things were overlooked. The window washer fluid ran out the first time that I used it. There’s crumbs and dirt in the air vents and dirty spots on the console area. For how much I spent, I would’ve appreciated more attention to detail on these items.

During the whole car buying process was extremely helpful. Our salesman answered all of our questions is was with us throughout the entire time. He was very patient with answering our questions and if he could not, the sales manager was right there.

Adam was very help in helping me chose the right car for me. Love me new car.

Would have loved to not spent so much time sitting to sign. Appt was at 9:30 and didn’t make it into finance until 11:30. If you’re asking for everything up front prior to the appt things should go so much smoother. Other than the sitting and waiting for that the experience was great. Doug was knowledgeable and not pushy which was nice. I never felt pressured to purchase while I was working to decide what I wanted.
