I like when I am not bombarded by sales associates as

I like when I am not bombarded by sales associates as soon as I walk onto the car lot. I went with my husband and kids to test drive a Honda Pilot. We walked into the building to the sales floor. We were greeted by a sales rep named Doug. He was polite, professional, and friendly. He brought a pilot out for us to see right away. After the test drive he did not pressure me into an immediate sale. I asked how much it would cost for financing or a lease. He escorted us back inside to discuss the cost. We were on a budget and they worked with us. After a down payment and a signature, I was out the door with a new car! They let me come back the next morning when the finance department had availability to fill out the rest of the paperwork. A little bit of a wait but it was no big deal! Everyone was so nice and friendly. The manager came out after the car was cleaned to introduce himself. I definitely recommend going to this location when you need to purchase your next car. Ask for Doug!!

I was greeted right away and my sales person, Jim, was very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. He was not rushing me nor did he make me feel like I was wasting his time. In the previous week, I had visited a few dealerships and two of them did not treat me that way.

I recently purchased a new 2026 Honda Passport TrailSport Elite from Piazza Honda of Springfield, and had a great experience working with Jim Helmig. Jim was kind, respectful, and a great listener. He was never pushy and stayed responsive throughout the process, always answering calls and texts promptly. He helped me secure exactly the deal I was looking for and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The dealership itself is clean, spacious, and welcoming, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. Overall, a very positive experience—I genuinely enjoyed doing business with them.

I worked with Ian Kearney, not Maya Holmes. Ian was absolutely fantastic - friendly, knowledgeable, really enjoyed working with him.
