Piazza Honda of Springfield

The sales portion of the Piazza Honda dealership in Springfield is outstanding. It is clean, comfortable and well organized. The sales staff is knowledgeable of their products and aren’t pushy. However, the paperwork involved in picking up the car needs streamlining. The young lady was certainly accommodating and friendly but I felt pressured to buy the extended warranty. I was overwhelmed by that and was turned off by it.

Jim was great and the whole Honda Piazza Springfield team is amazing. Jim was very patient and welcoming and explained the car features in detail and show us multiple options.
