Piazza Honda is a very helpful and pleasant dealership to do business with. I'm very pleased with all the help and attention given to me by Adam Kaper when I purchased my new car. He went over all the features carefully so I would be comfortable, and he was very patient as well as thorough.

We are returning customers because Frank is friendly

We are returning customers because Frank is friendly thorough and works to get us the best deal he can. This vehicle was unfamiliar for him but he worked hard to facilitate. There were a few unexpected events with the leasing due to Chelsey who needs from education on customer relations and not belittling them. The sales manager Andy George worked to rectify this bad impression. Overall the experience was good. We still need to get up to speed on our Prologue and look forward to working g with Piazza Honda on this.
